Dr. Mohamed Rasheed
Dr. Rasheed was born in the East Bay and attended San Jose State University for his undergraduate studies in Kinesiology, and completed his graduate school at Palmer West Chiropractic College. Growing up as an athlete, Mohamed always had a passion for the anatomy and physiology of the body, which in turn, inspired him to promote better health, strength and balance through Chiropractic.
Dr. Rasheed specializes in auto accident injuries, neck pain, arm pain, back pain, leg pain, headache care and prevention, sports injuries and prevention, and overall wellness care. He also provides specific myofascial release techniques in order to decrease muscle adhesions and trigger points very affectively while re-educating muscle tone
His experience in various athletic activities such as: Martial Arts, competitive basketball, baseball, football, and track and field; has allowed him to look at the body as a source of balance. This source of balance is promoted through three main components: strength, endurance, and injury prevention.
